General Terms for Participants

The 2nd International Conference of Innovative Aquaculture (ICIA2025) is organized by the Faculty of Agriculture, Chiang Mai University, in compliance with all applicable regulations and protocols of Thailand.
By registering for the conference, participants agree to the following terms:

  • All participant information provided must be accurate and truthful.
  • Registration will be confirmed only after full payment of applicable fees.
  • A formal confirmation and payment receipt will be issued once the transaction is complete.
  • All personal data will be treated as confidential and protected under Chiang Mai University’s information security and privacy policies.
  • All fees must be paid no later than 3 days before the start of the conference to ensure seamless participation.
  • For any changes in attendance or cancellations, please refer to our Cancellation Policy below.


Cancellation Policy

Participants who wish to cancel their registration must notify the ICIA2025 organizing committee in writing. The following refund rules apply:

  • More than 60 days (2 months) before the event: 100% refund of the registration fee, minus applicable transaction/service charges.
  • Between 60 and 30 days (2–1 months) before the event: 50% refund of the registration fee, minus applicable charges.
  • Less than 30 days (1 month) before the event: No refund will be issued, as logistical arrangements will have already been made.
  • E-Poster Presentations: Payments for e-posters are non-refundable under all circumstances.


Non-Transferability and Usage

Conference registrations are non-transferable. Each registration is valid only for the registered individual or group, and may not be shared, sold, or reassigned.
All content, materials, and information shared during ICIA2025 are subject to confidentiality and intellectual property protections.


Right to Admission

The ICIA2025 Organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse or revoke registration of any participant, organization, or group without obligation to provide a reason.


Force Majeure

ICIA2025 shall not be held liable for failure or delay in hosting the event due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government actions, travel restrictions, pandemics, or any force majeure event.
In such cases, the organizing committee will not be responsible for any financial or logistical loss incurred by participants, sponsors, or service providers.
