- Required Format: Title, Author(s), Affiliation(s), Abstract Body, Keywords
- Notification of Acceptance: October 5, 2025
- Presentation Type: Indicate preference (oral or poster); final decision by Scientific Committee
- Approved submission will be notified via email.

Saving the files beginning with your abstract submission code* followed by First author's first name, e.g. if your abstract submission code* is P123 and the first author's first name is John, the abstract files will be named P123John.docx and P123John.pdf
