Privacy policy
All participants are personally responsible for their belongings during the conference. The ICIA2025 Organizing Committee will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage of personal items belonging to delegates, speakers, or attendees under any circumstances.
The registration fee does not include insurance coverage of any kind. Participants are encouraged to arrange their own travel, health, and personal insurance as needed.
Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation and parking during the conference. Local transport options and recommendations will be provided on the official conference website.
For security and verification purposes, invitation letters will be issued only to registered participants. Once your registration is complete, please email the organizing committee at icia2025cmu@gmail.com to request a personalized invitation letter. This letter may be used for institutional approval or visa applications.
All cancellations or registration modifications must be submitted in writing via email to the ICIA2025 Organizing Committee.

Fully paid registrations may be transferred to another person from the same organization if the original registrant is unable to attend. Requests must be made in writing to icia2025cmu@gmail.com, including:

We advise all international participants to apply for a visa as early as possible due to increasing global visa processing times. Please note that the ICIA2025 Organizing Committee does not contact embassies or consulates directly on behalf of attendees.
